Yes, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If technical issues on our end (such as platform downtime or inaccessible content) prevent you from accessing the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we are happy to offer a full or partial refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring with details and evidence of the problem.
We are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you have accessed less than 10% of the total course content. Your refund request must also be submitted within 72 hours from the time of purchase.

Yes. If you haven't accessed the course yet, you are eligible for a full refund as long as your request is made within 72 hours of the purchase.
After this 72-hour window has closed, our standard refund terms apply, and refunds will only be considered under the exceptional circumstances listed in our policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
