Refund Policy

At Nollywood Masterclass, we are committed to delivering a high-quality training experience. Due to the nature of our educational content, we enforce the following refund terms.

General Policy
All purchases of masterclasses are non-refundable after a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase, provided that the user has not accessed more than 10% of the total course content. This limited window accounts for technical errors and ensures the integrity of our digital content. Once access has been granted and the refund window has closed, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The masterclass is permanently canceled by Nollywood Masterclass.
A duplicate payment was made in error (and proof is provided).
A verifiable, platform-wide technical outage lasting more than 24 hours prevents access to a significant portion of the content, and the customer submits a formal request for a financial refund in writing, choosing this option over the automatic subscription extension.

Processing and Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For payments made in Nigeria via Paystack, the refund will be processed by Kreative Station Nigeria Limited and issued in Naira.

For international payments made via Stripe, the refund will be processed by Deo Media Limited from the UK and issued to your original payment method. The processing time for international refunds may vary due to banking regulations.
